Facade cleaning, pressure washing and rope-access maintenance for residential compounds and commercial properties — up to twenty floors, across the greater Cairo area.
A building's face is the first thing anyone sees. Over time, the combination of Khamsin dust, vehicle exhaust, and Cairo's relentless summer heat leaves marble dull, granite stained, and painted surfaces streaked with grime that no rain will wash away.
Brizzi Facades focuses entirely on the outside of buildings. We pressure wash, scrub, and restore exterior surfaces — marble, granite, painted render, aluminium cladding. We deploy rope-access teams for mid- and high-rise work. We do not do structural repairs, interior work, or anything beyond the building envelope.
Our story
High and low-pressure washing calibrated for each surface type. Marble and granite respond differently from painted render — we adjust pressure, temperature, and detergent chemistry accordingly. Balconies, building fronts, perimeter walls, entrance facades.
Certified rope access technicians for buildings up to twenty floors. No scaffold erection delays, no crane hire costs. Our teams reach every section of a high-rise facade safely and efficiently.
Newly finished developments carry cement splatter, silicone residue, paint overspray, and construction dust on every exterior surface. We clear it all before handover, leaving facades presentation-ready.
Scheduled visits four times a year with photographic progress reports after each session. Property managers and compound owners receive a documented record of the building's exterior condition over time.
Brizzi Facades does not carry out structural repairs, crack injection, waterproofing membranes, or interior work of any kind. This is not a limitation — it is a choice. Specialisation means every person on our team, every piece of equipment we own, and every process we follow is built around one thing: making building exteriors clean and well-maintained.
If a surface inspection reveals structural issues, we document and photograph them in our report so the property owner can engage the appropriate contractor separately.
We visit the property, assess surface types, measure areas, identify access challenges, and note any existing staining or damage. The survey is the foundation of an accurate scope and proposal.
A written scope of work covers surfaces, methods, access approach, and timeline. Once agreed, we schedule around the building's occupancy to minimise disruption to residents or tenants.
Teams arrive with calibrated equipment, appropriate detergents, and all access gear. Work proceeds section by section. Ground-level areas, upper floors via rope access, balconies, and entrance facades are each addressed in sequence.
After every visit, a photographic progress report documents each area before and after. For quarterly contract clients, these reports accumulate into a maintenance history for the property.
Residential compounds in New Cairo, Fifth Settlement, Sheikh Zayed, and Obour. Commercial buildings in central Cairo, Heliopolis, and along the Ring Road. Newly handed-over developments across the 6th of October corridor.
For property owners on the North Coast, we coordinate scheduled visits during and after summer season. Film and media productions requiring pristine exterior backgrounds can reach us for short-notice bookings.
Send us a message with the building type, location, and any specific concerns. We will follow up to arrange a site survey.
