Salt air, humidity, and months of closure take a visible toll on building exteriors. We coordinate cleaning visits around your schedule so the facade is fresh when you need it.
Properties on the Mediterranean coast face a different set of challenges compared to Cairo buildings. Salt-laden air deposits mineral residue on stone and painted surfaces. Humidity during the off-season encourages biological growth on shaded walls. Sand carried by coastal wind embeds in surface texture. By the time owners arrive for summer, a property that was clean at the end of last season may look considerably less so.
Brizzi Facades coordinates scheduled cleaning visits — typically pre-season in late spring and post-season in autumn — for property owners who want to maintain their building's exterior without having to manage the logistics themselves from Cairo.
A visit in May or early June clears winter accumulation from balconies, exterior walls, entrance areas, and perimeter surfaces. The building is clean and presentable for the summer season without the owner needing to be present during the cleaning visit.
After summer ends, salt deposits and heavy use leave surfaces marked. An autumn visit addresses these before the property is closed for winter, preventing mineral staining from deepening over the off-season months.
Each visit produces a photographic report showing the condition before and after cleaning. This is sent directly to the property owner regardless of whether they were present. You see exactly what was done and the state your property is in.
We can coordinate access through compound management, a caretaker, or a trusted representative. Owners do not need to be present for exterior cleaning work.
Scope of work, scheduling, and photo reports are all handled via email or phone. Everything is documented and sent to you directly.
A simple annual maintenance arrangement covers two scheduled visits per year with the photographic reporting included. Scope is agreed in advance.
If our team notices anything beyond our scope during a visit — a crack, a window seal failure, anything structural — we photograph it and include it in the report so you can act on it.
Share your property location, compound name, and the type of surfaces that need attention. We will outline what a scheduled maintenance arrangement would look like.
