Our Story

How Brizzi Facades came to be.

Every specialised business starts with a specific frustration. Ours started with a building that nobody could clean properly.

The problem was visible from the street.

A twelve-floor residential building in Heliopolis. The marble cladding on its lower floors had turned from cream to grey over several years. The management company had tried two general cleaning contractors. Both left the surface looking marginally less dirty, at significant cost, without addressing the pollution film embedded in the stone's surface texture.

The upper floors had never been touched. Nobody had a method for reaching them safely without scaffolding, which the building's street position made impossible to erect.

That building, and the gap it represented, is where Brizzi Facades began.

Specialisation was the answer.

General maintenance companies handle dozens of different tasks. Facade cleaning is a small line item in their portfolio. They rarely invest in surface-specific chemistry, calibrated pressure equipment, or rope-access certification — because their business model does not require it.

We decided to build a company that did exactly one thing: clean and maintain building exteriors. No plumbing. No painting. No structural work. Just facades.

That focus shaped everything. The equipment we purchased. The training our technicians completed. The processes we developed for different surface types, different building heights, different staining problems specific to Cairo's environment.

What Drives Us

Four things we will not compromise on.

Surface Safety

Wrong pressure on marble causes micro-fractures. Wrong detergent on granite leaves permanent hazing. We test before we clean, and we document what we use.

Transparency

Every project ends with a photographic report. What we found, what we did, what the result looks like. Property managers receive a document, not just a verbal report.

Scope Honesty

If something is beyond our scope — a crack, a structural issue, a waterproofing failure — we say so clearly and photograph it. We do not attempt repairs we are not equipped for.

Long-term Thinking

A quarterly maintenance contract is not just convenient. Regular cleaning extends the life of exterior cladding and reduces the cost of eventual restoration work. We explain this to every new client.
